Three decades connecting Brazilian industry to world-class excellence
We represent global manufacturers and provide the technical consulting that turns a spec sheet into an efficient production line.
A tradition built on trusted relationships
Codipar was founded in 1994 by Andreas Loewens and Willem van Hees with a simple conviction: the Brazilian food industry deserved access to the best technologies in the world — with real technical support, not just a catalog. Three decades later, this conviction remains the criteria for every partnership we sign and every project we undertake.
Second generation, same culture
Today's Codipar is led by Flávio Souza and Stefan Loewens — two professionals who grew up within the company and carry decades of accumulated experience on the factory floor and in direct client relationships. Flávio joined in 1997 as a salesperson, became sales manager and, over time, a partner. Stefan started in 2012 as an installation and commissioning engineer, moved through the commercial area and took over leadership in 2020. Together, they represent a continuity that few commercial representatives in Brazil can offer. This transition did not change the essence of Codipar. It reinforced it.
- 1994
Founded in São Paulo by Andreas Loewens and Willem van Hees. The first represented brands, Rademaker, Diosna and BSA Schneider, defined from the beginning the focus on high-level European technology for the Brazilian food industry.
- 1994 – 2000
Portfolio consolidation with the addition of new partners: Edhard, J4, Newcap, TFT and Tanis. Codipar now covers the entire production chain of industrial bakery and confectionery.
- 1997 – 2001
First growth cycle in industrial bakery. Significant volume of lines installed for hamburger buns, hot dog buns and sliced bread, building process know-how that differentiates the company to this day.
- 2000 – 2009
Strong performance in the chocolate and coatings segment. Molding lines, conches, cooling tunnels and complete systems installed throughout the national industry.
- 2010 onwards
Second bakery cycle, with a focus on automation and industrialization of French bread and artisan breads. In 2015, the first high-capacity Rademaker line for French bread was installed in Brazil, a milestone that inaugurated a trajectory of continuous growth and consolidated Codipar as an absolute reference in this segment.
What guides us
More than representing machines, we offer process expertise — understanding each requirement in depth before proposing a solution. This posture is not a commercial policy. It is the way the company has been built since day one.
Precision
Every project starts with an in-depth technical diagnosis, not a catalog.
Trust
Long-term relationships with manufacturers and clients — built over decades.
Innovation
We bring to Brazil technologies that raise the bar for productivity and quality.
